Swamp Concept

Swamp concept painting that I did awhile ago. Created in Photoshop





Fathers of the River

Started as an exercise in ZBrush sculpting rocks. After I finished sculpting the rock in ZBrush I created a mountain vista using World Machine and assembled the scene in Vue for the final render. Post work was then done in Photoshop.

Volcanic Vistas

Concepts that were never used. Created using Vue and Photoshop.


These Haunting Volcanic Pillars where first sculpted in Zbrush. Then imported into Vue to create avolcanic scene using procedural terrain and a thick hazy atmosphere. Post work in Photoshop was done to enhance the glowing lava shader and smoke.

Devil

This started as a 30 min sculpt, that me and a friend do everyday. I really like it so I spent some time in the evenings working on the sculpt, painting the texture and making the shader. 
Polypaint for the textures and rendered in ZBrush.

UDK Desert Landscape

These are some work in progress images of a real time desert landscape that I'm doing as a personal project. Using the UDK I wanted to explore methods of creating epic vistas for games. The base terrain was created using   " World Machine ", the texturing was done in Photoshop using different control maps that I got from World Machine. The detail rock was sculpted in zBrush.
